Hi, I’m Ruth Langley, a hospitality people specialist based in Melbourne, Australia.


I dream of the day when the entire hospitality industry is filled with inspired, skilled staff who really love what they do and care about delivering great service.


My mission is to make this dream a reality by transforming the industry team by team with inspiration and education. I help hospitality owners and managers who are struggling with disengaged or under skilled front-of-house staff, or find themselves constantly having to fill holes in their team.

I help them to overcome their challenges and create cohesive, committed and highly skilled teams full of people who love where they work and really care about delivering great service.


Hospitality has always been where I’ve loved to be, from the moment I started in the industry as a teenager, waiting tables and washing dishes in restaurants and hotels. Since then I have headed up the operations team for a well respected London event catering company and managed the training and marketing departments for a prestigious group of Melbourne event venues.

I have experienced first hand the challenges and headaches that come with managing large front-of-house teams. And have been responsible for creating and implementing highly successful strategies to overcome them.

I am so excited to be combining my experience and expertise to provide practical solutions that are right for hospitality businesses, easy to adopt and work in seamlessly with day to day operations..
